These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vexpo mobile application operated by Ramon Claudio, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Vexpo, you agree to these Terms.

About Vexpo

Vexpo is an open-source iOS template demonstrating Convex, Better Auth, and Resend on Expo. The hosted version on the App Store is provided as a reference implementation for developers evaluating the stack. Source code is available at github.com/ramonclaudio/vexpo under the license posted there.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload content that infringes anyone's rights or applicable law

Intellectual Property

Vexpo's hosted brand, the App Store listing, and the Vexpo name are owned by Ramon Claudio, LLC. The source code is open-source and licensed separately at the repository.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Vexpo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Vexpo is a reference template; you are responsible for evaluating its fitness for any particular purpose before using it as the basis for a production application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramon Claudio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
